DJ Pøptrt

DJ Pøptrt is a multidisciplinary Indigenous artist and DJ from the Mohawk Nation of Kahnawake who draws inspiration from the rave scene of the 1990s, combining both bass-house and nu-disco in a mix that connects people in a unifying atmosphere. Her influences start at Daft Punk, take detours to Mr. Oizo and A Tribe Called Red, and land on a sound that is a celebration of electronic music and pop culture.
